Project Description: The intended outcome of this work is to influence how major development actors (such as USAID, the Gates Foundation, etc.) approach their support for innovation as a development strategy.  Specifically, we want to influence how these actors fund, incentivize, and intervene in support of innovation in the geographies where they work. Our objective is to see these actors intervene in ways that a) contribute to strengthening the enabling environment for innovation at the local and regional level in these places and b) build and strengthen local system capacity to innovate.

IPL Support: Reviewing policy documents, identifying contacts, preparing for meetings and logistical support.
