Project Description: The goal of the Climate Plan Accelerator (CPA) is to integrate large-scale stakeholder engagement and deep climate modeling expertise in an effort to help governments meet or exceed their climate action goals.  With the support of IPL, the CPA has begun to pilot a program with the government of Mexico.  This IPL project extends support through the next stage of formalizing the relationship and developing a scope of work for 2018.
