Project Description: Professor Olivetti has developed a method to educate stakeholders and support decision making around recovered fiber supply chains. The EPA and other government agencies are currently considering policies to require certain percentages of recycled content in copy paper. To date such policies have not necessarily led to increased recycling. The IPL is assisting in developing a workshop to bring together stakeholders to better understand the implications of this research for recycling policies.
